Hand-Coiled Sculptural Flask

More decorative than functional, this oval flask was completely hand made, using coils of clay pinched together to build the form. It has been brushed with a colored slip, fired, then brushed again with a Butter glaze before the final salt firing. The Butter glaze was then wiped away to reveal the unusual texture of this unusual piece. Oven/Microwave/Dishwasher safe.
