Vase with Carved Rim

This classic form was wheel thrown and sports carved decorative elements on the rim. The interior is glazed with Oribe, a traditional Japanese glaze, as are the carved inlays on the rim. The body is brushed with Titanium Gold slip. Beautiful with or without a floral display!
