‘fûr ken
1. A small wooden tub used, especially in the past, for storing food or liquids.
2. A small cask used for liquids, butter, salt, and sometimes fish
3. A British unit of capacity, used especially in the brewing industry.
My version of the firkin is based on the antique firkin wooden bucket. I’ve updated the design in clay.
