Last night marked the first ever meeting of the new ceramic arts guild in Lander. Attendance was great and ideas were flowing like wine (imagine if we’d had any–wine that is!)
We need a name for our new organization. Any ideas from friends/fans/readers would be appreciated. Something appropriate for our foothills, Wind River, Wyoming area would be great! Leave a comment with any ideas, and if chosen, we might just send a little clay souvenir your way!
Ideas ranged from workshops and demonstrations, to firing seminars, visiting artists, studio tours and promotional activities. I will keep you posted on what is coming up, and don’t be shy about commenting on what you’d like to see from this fledgling group of artists!
